But none of them were able to visit Ahobilam temple due to difficulties in reaching the place even though when they tried to visit many a time. In those days, there were no proper roads and transportation to reach Ahobilam from Penukonda. The journey was not easy as one has to cross the dense forests for many days and nights to reach Ahobilam. He requested him to offer all the valuables that were safely stored from many years in the name of Narasimha Swamy. Finally, Pedda Narasimha Reddy took a months permission from Penukonda King to visit Ahobilam with family. One fine day he started his journey along with his family to Ahobilam. Lord Narasimha Swamy had some other grand plans for their family. During the journey, they missed the route and instead of going towards North they traveled towards South. Throughout the day they would continue the journey and in the nights they would rest at some convenient place. One night they reached a village named Puleru and decided to break their journey.
